Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
Note: Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Canada: 7–12 business days

Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update after your order has shipped.
If your tracking hasn’t moved for a few days, don’t worry — this is normal while the package is in transit or between carriers.

Once a package has shipped, we can’t change the address. In that case, you can contact the courier directly to request a delivery hold or reroute.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can contact us to cancel or edit it. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.

Before you go, we’d really love to know how we could improve your experience, many customers find adjusting the delivery schedule or scent option works better than canceling.
